Search queries

When you search, we process your search criteria on our servers to return results. Search sessions use short-lived opaque identifiers rather than placing names directly in URLs. We do not require an account. We do not sell search queries.

Public record data

Property records displayed on this site come from publicly available data published by the California State Controller's Office. We display a limited subset of fields needed for search and identification.

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type, device type, and interaction events. We configure analytics to track behavior, not identities. Searched names are not sent to analytics.
